Axia HbbTV Harness
Axia is our automated, comprehensive HbbTV test harness. It supports the latest HbbTV Test Suite, along with additional materials including OpApp and Freely. Axia is designed to test and validate HbbTV implementations against the official test suite and to generate HbbTV conformance reports.
Comprehensive Coverage
Axia provides complete support for the latest HbbTV Test Suite, including OpApp and additional materials for Freely. Optional timing hardware is available to support media synchronisation and targeted advertising. We are a contributor to the official HbbTV Test Suite and use Axia to develop and validate future test suite versions.
High Level of Automation
Most test cases are fully automated and can be executed and reviewed automatically. Semi-automated tests that require manual assessment can also be run unattended, with results recorded for offline review. Axia supports IR or command-line remote control, custom scripting routines, automated power cycling, network shaping and video, audio and log capture.
