ORB HbbTV Project
Ocean Blue Software launched the Open Red Button (ORB) project in 2021. ORB is the only mass-deployed open-source HbbTV solution, developed in collaboration with industry partners to deliver a royalty-free HbbTV implementation.

DTVKit
DTVKit was founded in 2013 as an independent, not-for-profit, member-based organisation providing shared-source DVB, CI+, HbbTV and MHEG software components to the global TV market. Ocean Blue Software played a key role in initiating the project and contributing the original codebase, which has since been developed and maintained collaboratively by the DTVKit member community. Today, more than 30 companies worldwide rely on DTVKit software, with our 200 million devices deployed.
