Elaraby and Ocean Blue Software Join Forces to Launch OORO

Cairo, Egypt and Bristol, UK – 3rd September 2025—Elaraby Group, one of the largest consumer electronics manufacturers in the Middle East and Africa, and Ocean Blue Software (OBS), a trusted partner of the world's leading Smart TV companies, today announced the launch of OORO.

OORO is the first Arabic monetised Smart TV platform, built by the region for the region. For consumers, OORO will be the go-to choice for Arabic content.
