Ocean Blue is a small rapidly expanding global software company, specialising in developing, selling and support of software products for the Digital Home, digital TV and mobile TV markets.
We are looking for highly motivated and talented software engineers who have a passion for technology, to work in our office in Hong Kong. The candidates should be team players, who can also act independently, will be a contributor of ideas, product developments and processes and add value to the team and company.
We are looking to employ candidates with degree level education and preferably:
- An electrical or Electronic Engineering or Computer Sciences degree or HNC/D
Experience in:
- Embedded system software development
- Use of Real time operating systems
- 1-3 years experience in programming work
- Good knowledge in software development cycle
- Customer interfacing at engineer level
Requirements
- Good command of Mandarin, Cantonese and English
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

Software Manager, Asia
An opportunity to join our rapidly expanding global company based in our offices in Hong Kong exists for an experienced 'hands on' Software Manager who has a passion for technology, degree level education, a high level of motivation, an excellent C language programmer and who preferably has:
- An electrical or Electronic Engineering or Computer Sciences degree or HNC/D
Experience in:
- Embedded system software development
- Real time systems
- Good knowledge in software development life cycle
- Team management
Responsibilities
- Ability to manage team of six local engineers (Good motivational skills)
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with UK office management
- Customer interaction
- Technical input to bid work
- Project planning and management
- Software Research and Development
Requirements
- Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English both written and spoken
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
